Do you want to attract more bookings to your Airbnb property, but your holiday home is in need of updating?
This package is perfect for those wanting to have their entire home professionally decorated and styled without the hassle, time and stress of doing it on their own.
Services included:
- Mood board concept creation
- 2 site visits.
- Colour schemes.
- lighting.
- Sourcing of furniture, decor accessories, artwork, plants and other styling items.
- Access to trade only suppliers.
- Finished installation and interior styling.
From the initial meeting to the final moment of reveal in your newly styled space, I provide guidance and advice so you can feel confident with all your home interior decisions.
Stage 1 - Initial Consultation
In the exciting first meeting we discuss your goals and inspiration for the space.
I get to understand more about your lifestyle and values, and we define your vision and interior style.
We chat about your budget and project timeframes, and I answer any questions you have about the process.
During this session measurements of the spaces are taken for future reference and following the consultation, we move to Stage 2.
Duration: 90 minutes
Investment: $250 + GST
Stage 2 - Design Concepts
This is where your vision begins to take shape. I create and provide mood boards showcasing furniture and décor ideas and interior design styles for each of the rooms specified in the project.
Your vision is brought to life via digital concepts and then it’s over to you to provide feedback.
Service Fees: $135 + GST per hour (for design concepts)
From the mood board concepts, a detailed proposal and scope of works is prepared outlining costs and a fee proposal for my services.
Stage 3 - Orders and Logistics
Once the mood board concepts are finalised and approved, I begin to purchase all the specified items, liaise with suppliers, organise freight schedules, deliveries and manage all other logistics involved.
You don’t even need to lift a finger, just accept the orders…easy!
Stage 4 - Installation
Let the magic begin!
This is the stage where all the hard work, time and financial investment pays off and you get to enjoy the finished space.
Once all deliveries are received, I arrange a suitable date and time to return to your home to complete the final decorating and styling.
I ensure all finishing touches are completed to the original creative vision and leave you with a beautiful home to enjoy for years to come.
